Battery operated wireless Bluetooth remote control for Modern Forms Smart Fans. Remote control is optional - each Modern Forms Ceiling Fan can be controlled through the free Modern Forms App available in the Google Play or App Store. This remote control uses 1 x CR 2032 battery (included) and lasts up to 5-years of normal use before the battery needs to be replaced. Remote control features luminaire on/off, 0-100% brightness, fan on/off, 6 speed fan setting and Winter/Summer mode buttons. Remote control includes a magnetic cradle for simple wall mounting. This product only works with Modern Forms Ceiling Fans. Bluetooth controls only work with Bluetooth models - for RF models please use an RF control (F-RC-WT). All models purchased in 2021 or later are Bluetooth models. To identify a pre-2021 model - examine the existing control. If your Modern Forms Smart Fan came with a remote control, Bluetooth models have a silk screened Bluetooth logo on the front of the remote. If your Modern Forms Smart Fan came with a wall control, the part number of the control is printed on the silver UL label located on the left side of the wall control - F-WC-WT is an RF model and F-WCBT-WT is a Bluetooth model.
