Our Price Match Guarantee is your assurance that you'll get the best price on the products you purchase at Lights Canada. If you find a lower, currently advertised price from an authorized Canadian-based retailer (specifically a retailer authorized by the supplier to sell its products, not a marketplace reseller) we'll match it!
No price adjustments will be permitted during major holiday promotions including Black Friday and Boxing Week.
How to Submit a Price Match Guarantee Request
Contact Customer Care at 1-888-988-8635 or via email at customercare@lightscanada.ca and provide proof of the lower price. We require proof in the form of a link to view the price on the competitor's website. Special or individual quotes do not qualify.
Lights Canada reserves the right to verify competitor pricing, limit price match quantities to one per product per customer, and revoke this guarantee or change it's terms without advance notice.
