Price Match Guarantee
Our Price Match Guarantee is your assurance that you'll get the best price on the products you purchase at Lights Canada. If you find a lower, currently advertised price on an identical item from an authorized Canadian retailer, we’ll be happy to review a price match request.
The item must be an exact match, including brand, model, finish, size, and specifications. The competitor must be authorized by the supplier to sell the product. Marketplace resellers are not eligible.
Price matching is not available during major promotional events, including Black Friday and Boxing Week.
How to request a price match
Contact Customer Care at 1-888-988-8635 or email customercare@lightscanada.ca with a link to the competitor’s advertised price.
Price match requests must be submitted prior to purchase. Individual, negotiated, or special quotes are not eligible.
