Potential Shipping Delays
Please be advised that due to the postage strike and a resulting surge in demand for courier services, shipping delays may occur. While Lights Canada does not ship with Canada Post, other carriers are currently experiencing high demand this season. Please note that orders originating in the USA may additionally be affected by border and customs processing times.
Standard Ground Shipping
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Lights Canada is pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $99.00 (excluding taxes) to the following provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. Orders shipping to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, or Yukon are excluded from this offer. For shipping quotes to these regions, please call 1-888-988-8635 or email customercare@lightscanada.ca. Classy Caps and Umbra products are not eligible for free shipping and have a $25 shipping surcharge per brand, per order.
Orders under $99.00 (excluding taxes) are subject to a flat $25.00 shipping fee.
Large and Oversized Items
Large items such as large chandeliers, floor lamps and occasional furniture may be required to ship via freight truck. These large items may incur a shipping surcharge of $100.00 for each item that is required to ship via freight truck. These items that are required to ship via freight truck are indicated on the individual product page.
International Shipping
Lights Canada does not ship internationally at this time.

Lights Canada is not responsible for compensating labor costs or any project delays resulting from the delivery of damaged/defective goods, or any delays due to shipping. It is strongly recommended to schedule the installation after your product has been received and thoroughly inspected.
