All estimated arrival times are listed in business days. Lights Canada does not assume responsibility for any costs associated with delivery delays.
The estimated arrival time of any item is dependent upon the location from where the item ships and the shipping destination of the order. Additionally, there is an order processing lead time for the preparation of the item before it departs. This processing lead time can be found listed for each item on the product page. See image.
For an estimate of the travel time of items, please refer to the shipping origin and arrival estimate times for each brand listed below. The total estimated delivery time frame for any item is the combination of the "Ships in" lead time and the "Arrives" days.
Please be advised that this information is approximate and may be subject to variation or outside circumstances such as manufacturer backlogs or back orders and courier delays due to weather. Lights Canada does not assume responsibility for any costs associated with delivery delays.

American Brands - Estimated Delivery Time Frame (in business days)
Items manufactured by American brands may ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse to your destination or may first be received at our Canadian distribution centre before being redirected to your shipping address. Lights Canada covers all brokerage, duties and customs fees on items imported from outside of Canada. Lights Canada does not assume responsibility for any costs associated with delivery delays.
Items that do not ship direct and are therefore received at our Canadian distribution centre prior to routing to the shipping address are identified by their shipping lead time, “Ships in 12 - 14 business days”, and will include the following note:
”This item is currently in stock in the US. Duty and brokerage fees are imposed on all products that cross the US-CAN border. To ensure these fees are not passed on to the customer and to allow for free shipping on this brand, we receive orders from this company every other week to our Canadian warehouse. This item will ship out of our warehouse in 12 – 14 business days.”
