RF wall switches can only be used with Modern Forms RF compatible Smart Fans. RF wall controls can control up to 8 ceilings fans within 50ft of range. Additional switches can be purchased separately for 3 or 4 way switch setup. Wall control features luminaire on/off, 0-100% brightness, fan on/off, 6 speed fan setting and Winter/Summer mode buttons. This product only works with Modern Forms Ceiling Fans. RF controls only work with RF models - for Bluetooth models please use a Bluetooth control (F-WCBT-WT). All models purchased in 2021 or later are Bluetooth models. To identify a pre-2021 model - examine the existing control. If your Modern Forms Smart Fan came with a remote control, Bluetooth models have a silk screened Bluetooth logo on the front of the remote. If your Modern Forms Smart Fan came with a wall control, the part number of the control is printed on the silver UL label located on the left side of the wall control - F-WC-WT is an RF model and F-WCBT-WT is a Bluetooth model.
