Welcome to the Lights Canada Trade Rewards Program. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the Lights Canada Trade Rewards Program (the "Program"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
The Program is open to Lights Canada Trade Members.
To enroll in the Program, participants must apply to become a trade member and submit a Trade Application. Enrollment is free of charge.
Trade customers will be assigned tiers during their application approval. Customers will automatically advance to new tiers based on their spend in a calendar year (365 days). The tiers and their respective spend thresholds are as follows:
Participants must maintain the required spend amount within a calendar year to remain in their tier.
Lights Canada may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the tier rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of a particular tier or may terminate a particular tier at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice except as expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable law.
Participants can earn points by making purchases. Points are awarded based on the spend amount as follows: 5 points for every dollar spent.
At their discretion, Lights Canada may occasionally offer temporary promotions or incentives to earn additional points.
Points can be redeemed for a dollar value to be spent on future orders.
Discount exempt collections include: Classy Caps and Umbra products. The points to cash value will be determined and communicated to participants.
To redeem your points, use the Trade Rewards widget and select "Redeem My Rewards," which will generate a coupon code for the value of the points. If the coupon is used for an order that is equal to or less than the value of the code, the remaining unused value will be lost.
Points do not expire.
Points or rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
By submitting an application for Membership in the Trade Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from Lights Canada. By signing up to join the Trade Program, you will automatically be subscribed to receive Trade Program emails.
If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can request that they be discontinued by updating your client profile at lightscanada.ca or by unsubscribing from future emails in your inbox.
Participants may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by contacting Customer Care. Lights Canada reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program, or a participant's participation in the Program, at any time with or without notice.
Lights Canada may change these Terms or any aspect of the Program at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email communication.
Lights Canada is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the Program. Participation in the Program is at the participant's own risk.
Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be used in accordance with Lights Canada's Privacy Policy.
These Terms and the Program are governed by Canadian law.
